DO YOU CHARGE ME RIGHT AWAY WHEN PLACING AN ORDER?No. We charge you when your order has been prepared and invoiced .
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We process (ship) your order within 1-3 business days. Time in transit will depend on the shipping address. All orders are shipped via Canada Post from our warehouse in Montreal. There are no duties or exchange rates to be concerned with! Under normal conditions you should receive your order within 10 business days.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you wish to change your order, please contact our customer service as quickly as possible at email@example.com. If your order has not yet been shipped we can change it. If your order has already been shipped you can return it to us.

In rare occasions, we run out of stock and send the order without the missing item(s). You will only be charged for the item(s) that you receive.
SOMETHING IS DEFECTIVE.
If you believe that something is wrong with a product please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail at email@example.com with a precise description of the defective product. Please enclose a copy of the invoice. We may also ask you to enclose a photo. Your claim will be processed within 3 business days.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We are unable to cancel any order that has begun the shipping process. Orders that are being processed may be cancelled by emailing customer service, firstname.lastname@example.org, requesting an order cancellation . We cannot guarantee success but will make every attempt to stop your package before its ships.
How long does it take for refunds to come through?
Refunds are generally processed within five business days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse. However, depending on the financial institution, it may take up to 7 additional business days before the funds are back on your credit card.
